Logistics, Professional and Administrative Support Services – LPASS

  • Design, creation, enhancement and/or support of the program management office (PMO)
  • Program and project planning, scheduling, budget control & analysis, and oversight
  • Determining best practices to facilitate continuous process improvement in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects
  • Delivery of project management services based on Project Management Institute (PMI) standards (PMBOK), and Industry best practices; DoD regulations (DOD 5000, DOD 5001, etc.), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requirements (Circular A-11, ANSI/EIA-748, etc.)
  • Program, project and organizational surveillance and compliance reviews or audits. Conducting independent assessment of project processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Performing risk analysis and management activities to ensure project success in meeting time, cost and functional requirements
  • Establishing earned value management systems to objectively assess the progress of projects
  • Developing performance metrics and dashboards to provide comprehensive insight into the status of projects across the organization
  • SPS provides logistics support to the U.S. Army under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) IV contract. Under this contract, as a subcontractor, SPS supports U.S.forces worldwide with immediate focus on those deployed in the Middle East.
